Nice zen spot to relax. Beautiful scenery & wildlife. 2.6 miles from ocean and beach access at Biscayne National Park. Easy access to Miami and very close to the Keys.
IMPORTANT : Very little tree coverage. During peak day hours primarily during summer, highly recommend having a form of shade. Ideally during the day we recommend having activities planned outside of

Ideally during the day we recommend having activities planned outside of campsite around Miami. As of right now we have an active nature trail but beyond that its just a campsite with nice scenery. Summer is also rainy season, occasionally campsites 5 & 6 may be wet due to rain. other seasons (not rainy season), campsite is very dry.

really beautiful scenery and saw a gorgeous sunrise. serene and a real camping experience.
We camped here for over a week with a traveler trailer. This is very quiet and peaceful place. We were there alone all the visit, just with the birds and a lot of mosquitoes.
For us it was perfect. We had solar power and everything we needed. If you need to unplug, it’s nice place. For RV you kinda just park on the entrance road, for tents you have a shared area. It’s cute! Have a good bugs spray and enjoy your visit!
We camped here with our traveler trailer for more then a week. For us it was perfect as we have solar energy. The quiet was all we needed. No one was around for all our visit. Just the birds and the mosquitos, and there are many. ;)
Have a good bugs spray and enjoy.
For RVs, it is just parking on the entrance road. For tents you would have a nice area to share.
There is cellphone service, but slow internet.
Eric was very accommodating. The site is a bit raw which may be a problem for some or exactly what you are looking for. If you are on a budget or need last-minute place to set up a tent or RV I need to be in the middle of civilization but also secluded then this is your spot. Depending on the time of year you may need bug spray. My only complaint was there isn't much shade during the day but if you have a pop-up canopy to provide shade it isn't as bad
The camp was accessible and accommodating for all of our needs. Erick was responsive and communicative with pertinent info.
Between location and the host this will definitely be on my list to visit again!
Very cool and unique spot, truly isolated, nice breeze rustling the sawgrass, fun rocky trails to mountain bike on, super peaceful, will come back with a group of friends.

Good little tidy area, expect to enter through gate and walk. No a far walk at all. Gate has code on it make Shure to ask for it we never ate at campsite
