Learn more about this land: 10 acre site was previously a working Dragon Fruit Farm, it has currently been cleared out to plant new Dragon Fruit trees and other edibles (work in progress). The property has a large lake in the back stocked with bass, tilapia, and bluegill. Sand Hill cranes, wild hogs, even bob cats have been spotted on the property. Lots of things to do nearby: The Redneck Mud Park is about 3 miles from farm. The Babcock Ranch Eco Tours is about 11 miles, Babcock Ranch Center 17 miles. Fisherman's Village 24 miles.

Site A

Loved that the dogs could be off leash and have absolute freedom. But it would be a better property if they maintained it. Everything was so overgrown I kept losing my dogs ball, and it got to the point I stopped looking because the amount of spiderwebs through the entire yard. Lost 3 balls while there. There were termites flying around and all over my rv. Tried contacting the host about things and just got offered a refund if I wanted to leave. People pay to stay on your property, please atleast put some effort in to it.

We couldn’t get the shore power to work. It is very private but very remote. Did like the use of water.

Peaceful tranquility

If you need a place to relax and get away from it all and debrief this is the spot. Melissa is a great host, always responds to questions quickly. Have enjoyed watching the Longhorns and the wild turkey's trot along the way.

It's so quiet, peaceful out here. Melissa responds quickly with any questions you may have. Have enjoyed hearing the roosters crowing and the turkey's crowing in the mornings. I would definitely recommend.
