Camp Hide Away, 4 sites in Ft Meade

How many ways can I say peaceful? Crystal’s property was perfect for my husband a, my dog and myself. The tree canopy provided shade, the property was private and secure enough to let our dog off leash for a bit. Crystal met us there and we had a wonderful visit!

Crystal was a great host . Me and my son had a great weekend tent camping on her property. Very quiet and Peaceful and smack dab in the middle of Florida

Crystal was very helpful with helping us get set up and came to the end of the driveway to show us the way in! (We didn’t check in till dark) Super quiet area and very nice people. We only stayed for 2 nights but we will be back again whenever we pass through. We had no problem towing our 20ft camper with 8ft bed truck to the spot.

Couldn't say enough great things about our stay! first off Crystal was nice and accommodating and secondly they had a fire going and lights even though we were the only ones staying there and arrived late. on top of that our vehicle was low on oil and they picked us up some, what a lifesaver!
The land was very peaceful you could hear all kinds of animals at night and it was the dose of nature we were hoping for.

Crystal's property was perfect! It was perfect for the size we group and had a grill and fire pit, which really saved us with the cold temperatures. Crystal was also very fast with her responses and super accommodating. She was also so kind to send someone out to provide jumper cables to one of the guests vehicle that died. We would love to visit her property again soon. 10/10 recommend.

It is truly a perfect camp hide away. It is the best hipcamp experience that we have had by far. Crystal is an excellent hostess, very attentive. We had a wonderful time and we look forward to staying their again.

Let me tell you about Crystal and Camp Hide Away! Upon booking Crystal quickly responded and was very attentive throughout our stay. Mind you, we got stuck in traffic and didn’t make it until midnight and Crystal waited for us and even had food and drinks for us. This site is quiet and beautiful and cozy and perfect getaway for anyone. My favorite part of the stay was sharing stories and jokes around the fire pit. I 100% recommend Camp Hide Away.

Crystal's hideaway was just what we were looking for on our trip through beautiful Florida. (We travel in our Ford Transit Van and are pretty self-contained)
The campsites were tucked back on this sweet land nestled back in the woods - (all under the stunning canopy of trees) was a complete outdoor dining area, grill w smoker, charcoal (all your grilling needs), plenty of tables, plenty of room for a massive feast for a group or a dinner for 1 or 2, big cozy firepit with chopped wood on the ready, big sky above all the stars you can count, sounds of cows and wildlife off in the distance made for a relaxing, recharging night- it is must for all campers.
Our woofer Hawke loved his time here exploring all around. Serenity and peace. We will be back to visit Crystal and Stash on our next trip. Excellent hosts all the way around! Many thanks!☀️🚐

This place was absolutely perfect for our peaceful little getaway! I love how secluded it was, but still close enough to see all the beautiful places around the area. There is a field of cows you can walk right up to the fence and see! I really appreciated the hospitality, and the patio with the grill and already set up cooking area was perfect! This was so much better than any campground. I will be back everyime I visit the area!
