We can't accept bookings for longer than 7 days due to local ordinances; longer requested stays will not be accepted. We live in an old/established neighborhood of smaller homes. It is a safe neighborhood (lived here over 6 years with no issues) with a fishing pier and children's park only a few blocks away. We are about 5-10 minutes to downtown Pensacola. Uber rides tend to run around $15 each way to downtown and back. There are a few boat launches in the area, bayous for kayaking/boating, hike/bike trails about 20 minutes away, etc. Please note that the satellite/street image does not look like how the home is now. Please see our provided image of the front of our home and where to park. We do have a front yard security camera that records at all hours, though it's placement provides complete privacy to your unit's entry if you place your door facing away from our driveway (typical if backing in). You would be parking on our grass in front of our home. Park to the right of the wood double gate and just in front of the two windows that have a sun in-between where it is indicated in red on one of the pictures. The blue indicates where the 15amp power cord hangs if you choose to obtain power during your stay.

Quiet & further from tourist areas
Because you don’t get the address until you’ve booked, it was further away from the tourist areas than I’d hoped. The neighborhood was very quiet.
Wonderful Host... Ben met me when I arrived and showed me where everything was... Quiet, safe place to stay... Will definitely be staying again if they will have me... Thank you so much...
Being first time campers as well as users of HipCamp, Ben and Carole set some high expectations. Not only were they personable and kind, but extremely helpful when things went wrong with our RV. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in Florida from lending us their bike rack to jacking our camper off the ground when the stabilizers collapsed. Their space was perfect for our 17ft pull behind and we felt completely comfortable in the neighborhood. Tons of cute antique shops in walking distance and the beach was nice too. We couldn’t be more thankful for them and all they did for us. Thanks again guys :)
