This listing is for the RV pad ONLY! The residential house on the property is not included. This rental includes the RV pad with access to the dock, wooden deck, fire pit, and outside shower. We provide a 50 amp electric connection along with water and sewage hookups for your RV. WIFI is included as well. The site is located within walking distance of two nearby restaurants, the freedom boat club, and a convenience store located across the street. The site also sits on a canal that leads into the Homosassa River and the Gulf of Mexico. You are more than welcome to bring your boat and park it along the dock!
