Ice Age Forest Site 2
My family had the pleasure of being the first guests at this camp. It is truly beautiful and peaceful. There are two sites, one fits a small trailer nicely, the other would be tough to get an rv in but offers nice privacy. Both sites are lovely, with shade, sun and great open sky for stargazing. The access to miles of State Forest trails was wonderful. We hiked to the nearby trout farm where we picked up smoked trout and salmon, salmon jerky, and fresh trout fillets. We cooked the trout over the fire for a great camp dinner that night. You can even fish there, no license or equipment needed. We thought this was a really cool resource for this camp. Our hosts were hospitable and friendly. The water available on site was really nice tasting. We really loved this camp and will be staying again. I'm almost afraid when word gets out on this one we will have difficulty booking!
