**Please Note - Due to flooding damage last winter we lost our water supply to the bush baths and showers so they are unavailable until further notice. Please message us if unsure. Thank you for your patience.** This property has 70 acres of lush Karri forest with the original old logging trails from approximately 100 years ago, which make for beautiful nature walks. The track through the forest, for the main campsite is about 3.5m wide and and can get a little slippery so caution is needed but can be done in small and large vehicles (probably not big RV). There is open air bath and shower which is heated from an old brae-mar hot water system. There is one transportable long drop toilet near the site and a fire pit for cooking and sitting around but other from that you have to be self sufficient. There is access to drinking water.. If the campsite is unavailable or you don't won't to drive through the forest, you are welcome to set up camp on the green pasture on the hill with great views but there are NO amenities there and you would have to be completely self-contained. We are approximately a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Greens pool and Elephant Rocks beach, and about 15 minutes' drive to the town of Denmark, WA. Pets on leashes are welcome. For any further queries you're welcome to contact Dean via messages.**Please Note - Due to flooding our main campsite with the bush baths is unavailable until further notice. Beautiful secluded spot near town
Absolutely loved this campsite, a perfect secluded spot not too far from Denmark and Elephant Rocks/Greens Pool. The host Dean is friendly and hospitable, and he only books in one group at a time so will you have the whole place to yourselves. It's a lovely, flat, spacious, picturesque spot down in the valley, with a toilet and a nice campfire that is well set up for camp cooking if you are allowed to have a fire. Highly recommend.

A piece of paradise !!
Wow , what a stunning pace to camp . The most scenic and peaceful Hipcamp we have stayed at . Having the whole place to yourself is the icing on the cake . Heaps of different walk tracks through amazing old growth Karri forest. We didn't leave the property for 3 days !! Deano was a great host and we will definitely be back , loved it !!

Spectacular views!
We felt very lucky to stay on Dean's magnificent property. We had the hilltop campsite and the views from our site out over the karri forest down to the Southern Ocean were spectacular! We also visited the other site down in the valley, and this is a beautiful clearing amongst the forest and would be an amazing spot to set up camp as well. Great, well maintained sites with good quality fire pits, and Dean dropped off some firewood for us. There are hours worth of walk trails around the property - through the forest, along the old railway lines and up to some interesting rocky outcrops.

Kari Forrest Nature Hospitality
What a fantastic experience. Arrived at camp to the unusual sight of an uncountable number of Guinea Pigs grazing on the lawns around Deans home. Dean then greets us with his wonderful sense of humour and hospitality. Escorted to our spot on the edge of a beautiful Kari forest and view of hills with grazing cows. Lovely walking trail through the tranquil forest right at your door. Dean constantly went out of his way to make us feel welcome. What a lovely escape from the city. Will be back.
