Vital Farm is 25 acres of waterfront property on Clear Lake, WA. 18 acres of the property is agricultural land that is open space. The owners have a small garden and some fruit trees that are for owner's use only but you are happy to walk around and tour the garden. Approximately 5 acres of the property is mowed for recreational use. There is a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking or boating. The lake is open to boats but no jet skis are allowed. You can bring your own water toys and play on the lake all day. There is open space for camping but no running water. The property has a firepit and porta potty for campers use. You will likely see wildlife like eagles (nest nearby), deer, geese, ducks, birds and of course clear, starry night, skies. There is a gas station, coffee shop, public beach, over 21 restaurant/bar and small store within walking distance from the property too. Waterfront with dock access
Great site. Nice meadow for kids to run around in, fly kite, etc. Nice view of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed it!

Quiet, right on the lake
This is a beautiful spot. There are only two sites and they both have their own water access. The lake is small but perfect for kayaking or paddle boarding. There is a small store and gas station within walking distance. The access for the land is a narrow, bumpy dirt road that comes up pretty quick after the turn onto Beaver Lake Road so you have to be ready for it. The simplicity of the site is the best part.

Off-leash dogs & beautiful scenery!
We had a great time at this campsite! The host was communicative but also gave us space and privacy. There is zero shade but nothing a shade structure cannot fix. The neighbors in the dock campsite next to us were very nice as well. Our dogs enjoyed being off leash and swimming in the lake. There is a mini-mart and coffee stand just a 2 minute walk away. Launching our canoe was easy, even without the dock. The ground was sloped slightly nearest the lake but we still managed to get our travel trailer close-enough to the lake with a few leveling blocks. Overall, would recommend to others!

Beautiful area! Quiet. There’s a public beach/park within walking distance. It was a nice area to hangout and swim. Also nice that it’s located 10 minutes from a bunch of restaurants, if you don’t have a way to cook at the site.
