The ranch gets its name from the shallow springs which have been the
source of water for over 100 years. This property has been in our family since 1968. It has been passed down through two generations. We are pleased to have the opportunity to be able to share this beautiful land with our Hipcamper guests.
You may catch a view of horses being ridden or cattle grazing. We have a flock of chickens and a friendly ranch dog. There is a nest of Bald Eagles in the vicinity that frequently fly overhead.

Bring your bike and access the Larry Scott Trail located only 4 minutes or one mile by walking from the ranch entrance. The trail
goes on for miles throughout the valley and to the downtown boat marina. This is great for biking or hiking while catching fantastic views of local properties.
There is a local farmstead on our road that is always full of tasty items.
You can enjoy the wineries, micro-brews, farmers market and a variety of festivals, among numerous other fun activities.
