70 ft. of Yakima Riverfront set on 1/2 acre is sure to float your cares away. Relax and look across the river at undeveloped forest and take in all that nature has to offer. Summer is the perfect time to take a dip in the river, bask in the warm breeze and nap under the shady cottonwood trees. If you feel like peeling yourself away from the property, the mountains are your playground. Take a hike, go mountain biking, bring your ATV of choice or enjoy the quaint old downtown(s) of Cle Elum and Roslyn. So much to do and enjoy, one trip may not be enough! please note: during your stay, the owners RV will be onsite, out of the way and unoccupied.Back your RV under our large covered structure and be mere feet from the calming flow of the Yakima River. Enjoy the entire property, including the fire ring, picnic table and 70’ of grassy river bank. Fly fish right from the property, take a cool dip on a hot day, bird watch or just kick back and take in all that the Eastside has to offer. The quaint towns of Cle Elum and Roslyn are close and worth exploring. Thorp fruit stand is a half-hour drive and Snoqualmie Pass is 20 minutes. please note: the owners RV may be on-site but out of the way and unoccupied.

Nice quiet piece of land, with beautiful scenery...river and trees. We loved the fire pit in front of the river and spent a few days just relaxing.

Camping on the river!

The owners were very helpful with our unique circumstances and also were 100% responsive to our requests. The property was peaceful, right on the Yakima River. Thank you Kristen and Brian for your support!

Exceptional!

Beautiful setting with all you could need for a night of camping. We had plenty of flat, grassy space for our tent. The small sink for meal prep aid and stall for changing were wonderful touches and helped us feel comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Peaceful River

Please was beautiful right on the river. The water is shallow and not too cold for a hot day! We will definitely be back

RV Riverside Retreat

We had an excellent time camping. It was great having a sink close to the picnic table. Other nice touches were the can crusher above the garbage can and the light in the toilet. We also spent time at a small beach area, just a short walk from the site.

Beautiful spot on the river

Excellent spot on the river with great accommodations. The hosts are very responsive to questions and any help needed. Highly recommend. We will camp here again.
