We are a one hundred year old family owned farm with an organic garden, Permaculture garden, an apiary, and Christmas trees on six acres. We have horseshoes, tether ball, and disc golf. Early spring the frogs go crazy later followed by the sounds of nesting birds. Fall is the season for migrating birds that rest at the ponds next door. August is the time to fill up on blackberries. There are individual campsites with a barbecue and picnic table and a shared fire pit. The fire pit didn't see much use last two years because of the fire danger so we'll have an area at each campsite if you want to bring a propane fire ring (or we will have some for rent). I want to thank past campers for their suggestions, they have been tremendously valuable. We are becoming increasingly suburban and there is some road noise that can be heard and even with farms on three sides of us, you still might hear our neighbors in the distance. Campsites one and four are across the road from each other and campsites two and three are adjacent to each other, perfect if you have another family traveling with you. Eagles, hawks and Ospreys are frequent visitors.

10/10 would camp again!

I loved the secluded campsite and James was very friendly and welcoming! The cows were a pleasant surprise to see nearby. The outhouse was very clean and nicely decorated. 10/10 would camp again!

Best place to camp!

My kids and I stayed at Jo-Els tree farm for probably about a month and loved it! The host seriously goes above and beyond for his campers and is such a great guy! He gave my girls a lesson on bees and when we told him we were interested in looking at the stars, he made sure we had what we needed to know what we were looking at! Even through the rain, he made sure we were OK and put up a tarp for us and even brought down a campstove so I could still cook dinner! We will 100% be coming back next season!

James has been so great! He's so accommodating and even brought the kids down glowsticks! He keeps the sites clean and even the outhouse! Definitely 10/10 place to stay!

Happily Returning Campers!

We very much enjoyed our lovely visit for the second year in a row! Our combined 5 kids and my friend and I loved the property and cozy amenities. The tent site is under the trees and raked to prepare for our arrival. Charcoal bbq and picnic table were a great touch. Thank you Jim!
