Browning Hollow is an adorable campsite on the bank of the East Satsop River. Privacy all around. We are just outside of sleepy little Satsop, WA and just a mile outside of Schafer State Park. The site is big enough for multiple trailers, campers or just some good old fashioned tent camping. room for reunions or family get togethers. multiple parking spots and restroom on site. Come play some corn hole with your friends or just relax by the river with a book and watch the bald eagles fish. This is a great site for fishermen and women as it has an IDEAL fishing hole. (Be sure to check your regs for seasons.) Great fire pit perfect for sitting around and roasting smores. Firewood and starters included!! Lots of room to spread out with almost an acre of camping space.This campsite is just a quick drive or a two minute walk from the main house but is completely secluded and private. Pitch a tent or two or drive your trailer in and don't worry about turn around space. Firewood is provided and an adorable firepit is available to use as long as fires are permitted (Check the season and the local fire dept for regs.) Lots of green trees and a big open sunny area to lounge. Site is just a mile before the beautiful Schafer State Park and is ON the East Satsop River.

Browning Hollow

Because private spot on the river!

This place was heaven on earth. So peaceful. We like finding spots where there are is no one next to us. Whole purpose of getting away. The only people we seen were the ones floating by one the beautiful calm river. The hosts were also fantastic. Came by right when we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. They set up a propane fire pit because the burn ban and even left some apples from their garden. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us

Camping on the river

They have a really nice secluded spot on the Satsop river. The water is REALLY calm with lots of fish 🎣. Kat and Jon are really friendly and also very responsive with communication. We will definitely come back!

Browning Hollow

Browning Hollow was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were so responsive and Jon was flexible on having our group arrive at different times and even lent us his cornhole set! So fun!! So much wildlife (we saw fish, beavers, cranes, you name it) and the spot can't be beat, right on the river. Portapotty was clean and the propane fire pit provided was great to have especially in the burn ban. Will definitely be back. Thank you Jon!!

Browning Hollow

Awesome and private

This is a sweet spot. Right on the river. All to yourself. The water is crystal clear, and hundreds of fish are just waiting ro be taken. Firewood, fire pokers, corn hole, lounge chairs, and a small paddle boat are all there to use! The honey bucket is even tastefully decorated haha. Very nice and accommodating hosts as well. We'll definitely be back!
