Our home and some of the outbuildings was built in the 1700's. When I think about the fact that we live in a house that was here during the war of 1812, it just blows my mind. The property itself was once part of a much larger plantation as was many of the properties in the area. The property was once a dairy farm and after that it was a equestrian operation. Throughout the woods there are overgrown trails that were once the horse riding trails. we are working to re-open those trails for walking and biking. In the future we would like to offer a dump site, electric and water hookups at some sites, and porta-johns.
