We have a barn on site with water access if you would like your horses to stay overnight with you. Feel free to pull right up to the barn and park, find a spot in the fields, or pop a tent. ATV's, UTV's, Horses, Metal Detecting, and Sasquach Hunters are all welcome.

We are 7.6 miles from a public landing in Lake Anna, minutes from at least 2 winery's, pond on site with lots of turtles that eat all the fish. Don't expect to catch anything but we are approximately 5 miles from Orange Lake and 8 miles or so from Lake Anna if real fishing is on your agenda.
We have historic buildings from the mid 1800's on our property to capture cool photos, explored the creek that was apart of the original Freetown where a former slave owner gave his slave 10 acres of land and he built a small community called Freetown.
