11 acres of horse farm land with 4 rail fencing (no farm animals), surrounded by woods in a country setting with beautiful views and a pond. There are miles of dirt roads surrounding to ride bikes on. Apparently this area is very popular with cyclists, as many of the campers so far have been avid cyclists. We're about 10 minutes to historical downtown Leesburg, Virginia. 1 mile to Stone Tower Winery and Zephaniah Farm Vineyard. There's a gas station 1 mile away and 10 minutes to Walmart, restaurants, outlets and shopping centers. Balls Bluff historical park and other Civil War points of interest are close by and Harper's Ferry, WV is about 40 minutes from here. The opening pictures are of 2-fledgling Bald Eagles that came to visit one day.About This Property We live on an 11.5 acre lot with open fields. It has four rail fencing and stone walls surrounded by woods. It's very quiet and private with plenty of wildlife and a nice little pond to enjoy. It's a beautiful country setting...very picturesque. Great little place to crash for the night. Chris and Sandra were awesome hosts. Had a whole setup of wood and area for fire and cooking ready for us. Nice private little spot!

Very easy checking in and Chris made sure to give us a tour of all the campsite options. He went above and beyond: provided extra water, had lamps ready to burn, even had wood laid out for a fire. Perfect place to stop if you're cycling the gravel roads in the area, several wineries nearby too.
