I can accommodate one camper/Rv on one site with water and electricity. And on the other end of my property I can accommodate 2 tent sites. Bathroom is a port a potty, water available from a hose.
Up where I live it’s good for biking and hiking. I have the Cooley Glen Trail at the end of my road. My Abe is close for hiking My sights are considered primitive but functional. I am 45 minutes away from Lake Champlain where there’s good kayaking and 45 minutes from Burlington for nightlifeLearn more about this land:
