We live on about 10 acres that are adjacent to beautiful forests, walking trails, a pond for swimming as well as walking distance to many beautiful mountain bike trails and Blueberry Lake. We have horses on the property which are beautiful to watch and pet, and we are about a 15 minute drive to Waitsfield, home to many great restaurants and a brewery.Our camper is fully outfitted with a bathroom, kitchen, queen sized bed, and two bunks to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. There is running water for the bathroom and sink, but not for drinking. That being said, we are happy to fill water containers at our house for free. We have a pond for swimming, and are long time locals with lots of recommendations for fun activities and hikes. We are also surrounded by hiking trails, and a 2 mile bike from the blueberry lake mountain bike trails.

Robinson's Pond

The Robinsons were so welcoming. The location was beautiful, and the camper was VERY clean and well stocked. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

Everything was amazing! The hosts are so kind and accommodating, the RV itself is so cozy, clean, and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I was also so pleasantly surprised by how big the bathroom and shower was for an RV! Excellent stay, definitly recommend.

Robinson's Pond

Everything about this place is amazing! The welcoming hosts, the beautiful property, the stunning views, and the lodging were all wonderful. At night there are more stars than darkness in the sky and in the morning we woke up to the horses grazing and fresh eggs from the chickens! The hiking and biking trails are endless in the area and some ski resorts are close by. There are several waterfalls in the area as well. The beauty of this area can’t be put into words and pictures do no justice. I highly recommend visiting Charlotte and Sam on their fantastic farm. My family had a blast, thanks again!

Robinson's Pond

Robinsons pond was an amazing stay, My only regret is we didn't get to spend more time there. Endless hiking trails, pond to swim in and mountain views make this property a must. A+ hospitality and responsive hosts. A hot crackling fire was waiting for us upon our arrival which was an extra special touch. The camper was clean, modern and functional. The bathroom was emense and clean with a unexpectedly large shower. Beautiful horses greeted us in the morning and revealed how special this place really is. Great central area for access to green mountains, lake Champlain and ski resorts. Thanks again Robinson family.

It was lovely! We had a relaxing time🌸🌸 I would definitely recommend overnighting here. Our hosts were lovely, the pond is sweet, the camper is comfortable.
