Come explore our historic circa 1785 homestead situated on 284 gorgeous acres of mixed forest and fields. Miles of trails to explore. Excellent for mountain biking horseback riding, hiking birdwatching, and forest bathing. Broad Brook is a lovely cool brook that cascades through a series of small swimming holes. Sit by our beaver pond and watch all the wildlife. Excellent bird watching, all kinds of flora and fauna. Miles of ancient stone walls. Bring your horses, lots of trails and fields to ride on. Excellent dark sky area for terrific star gazing. Try your luck at panning for gold in Broad Brook. Campers are welcome to borrow our panning equipment.

Old barn site

Wonderful place

Beautiful property with lots of trails to explore. Very helpful and friendly host. Just far enough away from town to be secluded but close enough for any needs that may arise.

Great location! Loved the options of booking. Due to large amount of rain we moved our camp to the "old barn". What a cool place. The creek camp would have been really neat if there wasn't a flood watch. The host took us on a quick tour of the property in his SxS. Great host! Would stay for sure again when I'm in the area.

Wow. This was an amazing and beautiful place. Serene, and spectacular. My hosts were incredibly accommodating, and gracious. Janet offered me a tour of the land which I was unable to accept due to time limitations. But, I WILL take a rain check! I can't wait to go back. There is a moss-covered rock next to that river that I need to spend a day sitting on. This will be my go-to spot when I am in the Brattleboro area. In fact, it's worth being the sole destination.
