We have 5 acres available to guests that is surrounded by pastures and forest. There is a creek bordering the property that is dry much of the year and flowing in the spring after heavy rains. There are trails to the creek, and a road along the pastures. Wild blackberries grow along the drive in the spring, beauty berries in the summer, and grapes throughout the property. A great off-grid stay with septic, well water, and solar or generated power. We allow pets for an additional $40 per booking for up to 3 pets. If you would like to bring a pet, please add the Pet Fee, which is listed as an extra during the booking process. Please clean up after your pet and an additional security deposit may be collected.Nestled halfway between Houston and Dallas, a cozy glamping retreat awaits! Enjoy a renovated 1962 Airstream trailer outfitted with all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette, shower, queen bed, and wifi. Relax and roast marshmallows around the fire pit, catch a glimpse of deer and other wildlife, or take a nature walk to spy the friendly horses and cattle in the surrounding meadows. 15 minutes from Madisonville and 25 minutes from Crockett. Guest Occupancy Agreement Signature is required. No parties. Features: + 1 Queen bed with cozy Yaasa mattress (accessible on one side) + 1 fold-out sofa (not the coziest bed for adults, but can work) + Pack N' Play available upon request + Room darkening roll shades in all bedroom windows + Smart Adjustable thermostat + Flat-screen TV in living space with streaming TV (login to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other streaming accounts) + Covered porch with string lights + Kitchenette with induction cooktop, toaster, microwave, immersion blender, pots, pans, dishes, etc. + Coffee bar - Keurig with starter collection of coffees, teas, cream, sugars, etc. + Available upon request prior to stay: iron and ironing board, crockpot, instant pot + Starlink Wifi + Located in the forest, despite pest control on the unit, pests such as spiders still make their way inside occasionally + Fire pit with grill plate for cooking over a fire + 1 set of luxurious towels per guest. Riveted Retreat 1962 Airstream

This place is where you can relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Making a fire to make s’mores was fun; the hostess provided plenty of firewood. A new addition is the suspended swings near the fire pit, so much fun. This was my second time here and I’ll definitely return. It has everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The place keeps getting better each time.

Riveted Retreat 1962 Airstream

Great spot!

This little space is exactly what I was looking for. It was secluded and clean and warm inside (outside was chilly and rainy) so it was definitely cozy. Communication with the host was great and she let me have an early check-in time. I didn’t get to adventure much because of the weather but I will definitely be back so I’ll have another chance. There’s coffee/tea, a hot plate, bathroom amenities and a super cute, clean shower. If o could afford it I’d come once a month to detox from my city life. Its a wonderful place!!!

Riveted Retreat 1962 Airstream

This classic Airstream is adorable and very comfortable. We extended a night for three nights stay. The hostess was quick to answer any questions. The bed is super comfy and the hot shower is amazing with great pressure. Everything you need is there, from cooking necessities to great tasting coffee. I’m definitely returning to enjoy the camp fire outside.
