35 acres of raw land with just a few things added for comfort and fun. Very peaceful and relaxing.
Learn more about this land:
Come relax and have fun on 35 acres of peaceful land, and get away from the concrete jungle. It's heavily brushed and wooded with some open spaces, with trails cut through the woods. Bring your ATV, Go-Kart, Bikes, or even walking shoes to enjoy the trails (We are not responsible for any flats, vehicle damage, or accidents. You are responsible for your own property and lives, we cannot control your judgment). Wildlife we have seen on this beautiful land include, Turkey, Deer, Hog, Dove, Quail, and Rabbits, and a few Coyotes. There is a stock tank stocked with Largemouth Bass if you want to do some fishing, but it is Catch and Release only. Lake Ft. Phantom is only 10 minute

Phantom is only 10 minutes away if you want to bring a boat or jet skis, or even if you want to go relax at the lake. Historic Ft. Phantom hill is also nearby, 6-7 minutes, if you wish to visit it. The entrance to the camp is marked with a Home Sweet Camper sign with a picture of a camper in the middle, you can see it in one of the pictures I posted. Outdoor lights strung throughout the trees light up the RV pad at night, and there is a picnic table and firepit/grill under the trees right off the pad. Water, Electric (There is a 50 and 30amp plug in), and Sewage hookup are all available. There are two big trash cans at the campsite, but please bag everything. We do not want loose trash blowing around the land. You can only book end of January through mid September. The pad is on a round about asphalt road. It is not loose gravel, but it would not let me choose another option.
