Located in an 1970’s neighborhood called Lake Thunderbird. We own a half of an acre property that provides alternatives for affordable housing. Many oaks and cypress trees remain as we build with nature welcoming wildlife in a woodsy setting. Fire pits and picnic tables on each lot for guests to use. Two blocks away is a small lake to enjoy the sunset.
