Unfortunately, we are currently closed for the season. Please check back again in late April / early May. As soon as the snow has melted, and we have passed freezing temps. we will open for the 2024 season. Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers two RV sites with water, electric and sewer hook-ups, one water and electric only site for small campers, such as tear drops or pop ups, and four tent sites. There is an "outhouse" with a flush toilet and over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. If you do not see an open site for the days you'd like to get away, please send the hosts a message. Sometimes they can make other arrangements, allowing you to stay.

Wonderful Natural Campsite
Camp Ebb & Flow is wonderful - The campsite is grassy, level, with a great view (when the fog lifts!), the hook-ups were easy, the outhouse clean, cute and not scary at night, & the wifi signal strong. Jeff & Jill’s generously sized plot of land was beautiful with the pretty musical brook running through it, grassy meadows, & natural woods. We loved the signs, & enjoyed the extra decorative surprises too. But hosts Jeff & Jill make this camp extra special - welcoming, warm, hilarious and so kind. We have already raved about the camp to (select!) friends, and know we will go back as soon as we can - if they’ll have us!

Beautiful spot
Jeff and Jill were such great hosts. Their property is beautiful with Bracket Brook running through it. This was a bit of a glamp experience for me with the flushing toilet, drive up site and potable water which was so convenient! You can see a couple neighbors through the trees so you don’t have total privacy but the conveniences make up for that. The location is also great for getting into the mountains. I stayed here for an early start on Moosilauke from the Ravine Lodge but I also fit into a 2nd small hike the day I left as recommended by Jill!

Camper / RV Site 2, W/E/S 20/30/50A
Camping here was such a nice alternative to a busy normal campground. The site was level with crushed stone and very easy to pull right up to. Jeff met me and helped me line up with the septic etc. It was very private, but close enough to Jeff and Jill’s trailer to feel not so alone in the woods (which I liked). Quiet and peaceful with a great view. My dog loved exploring with me and playing and working in the field. Would definitely go back again next year.

Tent Site 4
I loved the tent camping site we had!! It was absolutely perfect for us to camp with our pup!! They have other dogs on site that are friendly that our pup was able to meet and become friends with. Jeff and Jill are around and so helpful and friendly. We will absolutely book here again!

Amazing all around!
Jeff and Jill were exceptionally nice and accommodating upon our arrival! The entire property was clean, presentable, accessible, and fun! Very personable people and the sites were well maintained. We decided we would camp there again within the first 5 minutes of being there. Beautiful location and great experience overall

Cascade Rocks Tent Site
Beautiful private location. Outhouse was about a hundred yards away but easily accessible. It was nice to hear the water all night. Hosts were super helpful and accomodating. Jeff and Jill helped us find a missing wedding ring which was like finding a needle in a haystack. We'd love to come back in warmer weather and soak in the creek.
