No toilets or garbage. Please pack out everything. There are RV Dumps nearby in Mabank and a garbage station.We Now have given all guests access to our POLARIS SPORTSMAN 450 HO. That is why the price has increased. It is a great deal and better than any local trails you can find. Site 1 aka Driveway Site is directly on the dirt driveway with 50 amp and 30 amp power available from inside the shed. Make sure to bring a long enough cord as the power box is more in the back of the shed. There is no sewer so you must bring a portable toilet or use your RV. There is a dump station in town less than 15 minutes away with potable water fill-up. You will be alone on the land and are free to fish, ATV, camp on the field with tents, and hike the whole property! It's big enough you'll need to explore it a few times! No hunting is allowed without owner permission Quiet Time after 10:00 pm
