You can pitch a tent or bring your RV. Beautiful, quiet area near a lake. Did we mention we have spots in the woods that are private with a lake view. No electric or water at this time ( but plans to add in the future). If we find some wonderful people that want to stay long term; we will expedite this process with long-term rental. The lake is not owned by us, so we don't have access to fishing but we enjoy front row views. There is a dumping station for RVs 5 miles from our home. You are 27 mins from 4 cities (e.g. Royse City, Mckinney, Greenville, Princeton) with wonderful restaurants, entertainment, and places to shop. Dallas is about 45 mins away for even more fun! Our small farm ( in progress) is located in Farmersville and we have local stores and restaurants ten mins away fr
