This place right here!
Bridget is a wonderful camp host! Well thought out campground, everything you could possibly need a d then some. Lots of coyotes, birds including owls. Plus the daily visits from the deer and cows. Lovely place! đ

Great Camping Experience
We had a great time camping here. We were looking for something a little more secluded and and near the river. Site 2 was right on the river and there are only 2 other campsites so it was a lot more secluded than camping at a State park. The bathroom and 2 showers with lights were a nice perk, especially for us ladies! We enjoyed our time fishing and relaxing, even got a nice thunderstorm Saturday night! I will definitely be back! Bridget was wonderful and anytime we needed anything she was there within mins! Thank you for being a wonderful host, Bridget! We got some much needed quiet time and I enjoyed all the sounds of the wildlife and insects through the night!

What a great spot! Awesome hostess!
Fantastic host, great communication, clear instructions, and checked in on us all throughout the process. The site was just as described and plenty of space between us and other campers. Toiletries in the shower were appreciated. Tip for other campers, move the firepit away from the trees if you donât want the worms to fall on your food. :)

River retreat w/comforts of home!
We loved camping on Bridgetâs land right next to the river. The bathhouse was equipped with 2 showers, sink and toilet. She keeps it very clean and stocked with towels, soaps and supplies! We are a family of 5. Stayed at site 3 and loved it. Amazing fire pit and Bridget was a great host. Will come and stay again!

Best Hipcamp!! Check it out!
We loved camping here! It was very scenic to be right on the river and be surrounded by all the beautiful shade trees. We came with a group of friends and everyone was so impressed with what a great host Bridget is and how she has thought of everything to make your stay extra nice.
The bathroom and showers are very convenient to the campsites and there is an extra sink for washing dishes. We went on a 3 mile in Buescher State Park which is close by and had a picnic lunch.
We will absolutely be coming back to stay longer and enjoy more that the area has to offer. Thank you Bridget for making us feel so welcome and cared for!

THE RIVERRAT-SHACK
Fabulous! We'll be coming back!
We absolutely loved our stay here! Our group of 8 friends rented the Shack and Campsite 1 and 2. Bridget is the best host ever- she has thought of everything you might need and is very gracious and responsive.
The waterfront property is beautiful with both sun and shade and easy access if you want to kayak or fish in the river.
We were impressed with the âShackâ which was not a shack at all but a very nicely appointed place to stay with jacuzzi and kitchen and separate bedroom.
We went for a great hike at Buescher State Park which was only 12 min away.
Run- donât walk to camp or stay in the Shack! You wonât be disappointed!
