Learn more about this land: There are a lot of soft people in the world today, if you're one of those people this isn't the place for you.  In the spring and summer the property can become quite overgrown.  Some people have had difficulty accessing the inner part of the property that is pretty well cleared and secluded.  I happen to like it that way. A quarter acre, just a stone's throw from Graceland. The property itself doesn't provide much more than a place to park, but you can literally walk to Graceland and Beale Street is only about a 15 minute drive or Uber ride. My friend has parked his 5 window skoolie with a 15 foot utility trailer without any issues. There's no access to the shipping container on the property, but you're welcome to set out a few chairs and bbq on the back side of the property as long as you're careful about fires. There are no fire rings, toilets, or running water; and certainly no power.  You're welcome to park or tent camp but understand that this property is very primitive.  If you're looking for luxury there are some amazing properties in the area listed right here on HipCamp.  Please have a great stay and message with any questions.*Do NOT stay here* There are a lot of soft people in the world today, if you're one of those people this isn't the place for you.  In the spring and summer the property can become quite overgrown.  Some people have had difficulty accessing the inner part of the property that is pretty well cleared and secluded.  I happen to like it that way. Bad vibes. May be okay for an RV but not a tent. Couldn’t stay the full night. Host was nice

An overgrown lot
The description was accurate. It’s an overgrown lot, close to neighbors, back in a remotely situated neighborhood accessible via a mile or so of trash (old furniture and other large discarded items) lined roads. I’ve never been described as soft but ended up booking another hipcamp site for the night upon arrival

Eh whatever
It's not that you are a priss of its too overgrown. It's pure laziness. If you don't have an rv or 4wd, I would pass. I have a jeep and it was bad. Terrible directions, didn't even find it the first night. Good luck. Location is the only reason you should pick urban forest.

Ideal for hammock camping
A tight driveway leaves about 30 ft to park an RV where it meets a shipping container at the end .To reach the site you walk a trail next to the container. The site is small and has very uneven ground therefore I would not recommend tent camping. The site is far from romantic with lots of litter and a neighboring house about 60ft away. And a mound of burnt trash as a "fire pit." The surrounding area has few houses but a ridiculous amount of litter along the sideof the road approachingthe site. I came with my girlfriend for two nights and booked this site because it's a 20 minute drive from Beale street and very cheap. We planned to tent camp but found no flat ground to pitch a tent and instead decided to hammock camp which turned out to work well with the amount of trees. If you plan on using an RV, the site and parking spot is about a 50 ft walk away so it is not ideal of you plan on setting up a hang out area directly outside the RV. Also the parking space is very tight, an RV would barely fit. surrounding woods are very dense and hard to navigate through if looking for firewood. Overall worth the money and satisfied with the spot only because of the price and location. An unfinished tree house leaves for a lot of potential.
