Outdoor Resorts Lot# 372 pond lot located 12 miles from Gatlinburg. Gated Community. Lot includes water/sewer, rubbish removal and electric as well as being located on the Fishing Pond. (catch and release) Paved lot with concrete patio and firepit on site. Site ammenities include: Two swimming pools, Fishing lake, Snack bar, Miniature golf, Game room, Tennis and volleyball court, Basketball court, Shuffle board, Covered picnic pavilions, Laundry facilities. Maximum stay 3 weeks, pets allowed, 40 foot maximum RV Camper. A $10 fee is required for bringing pets along with you. The fee is paid directly to the front desk upon arrivial.No tents are allowed and vehicles or trailers that were not expressly made for camping are not allowed in the campground. Outdoor Resorts at Gatlinburg is one of the premier RV and trailer camping resorts in Gatlinburg. We are conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg close to Bent Creek golf course on the Greenbrier side of the Smokies. The resort features many amenities including a large Olympic size swimming pool, a newly remodeled lodge including coffee bar and library, a game room and canteen area. Additionally, putt-putt, basketball, and shuffleboard are available on site. The resort features a small river that runs through the property as well as a stocked pond. The property can be toured via bicycles or electric golf cart. This family friendly gated resort is perfect for families with small children who wish to explore. Lot 372 is located on the fishing pond and is a wonderful setting. The 10x36ft patio has a firepit next to the water. The bath house is located just a few steps away. We would love to host you and your family at this wonderful retreat. We have been visiting here for over 40 years!

Mountain Dreams

This spot….HEAVEN! I absolutely would stay here again! The location is so peaceful and quiet and has been maintained so well! Everything is clean and neighbors are friendly! I can’t wait to come back for another visit!! Only issue we had (which is not really an issue because you’re in the mountains and you should be unplugged anyway ☺️), was the WiFi trying to keep up with my husband’s college football addiction! But, like I said, it wasn’t an issue that would keep me from returning!! Thank you so much for a great experience!!

RV park outside of Gatlinburg

The facilities were plentiful. Bath house, pool, laundry. The sites are close together due to it being an RV park. The host is not on site and the office was closed when we arrived. Fortunately, a resident was able to guide us to our spot and help out with a car that was parked in our location. It was peaceful at night and nice to be out of the chaos of Gatlinburg. Friendly folks at this location.

Wonderful multiweek stay

We really enjoyed our time at this campsite. Being right on the water was a lot of fun, we really enjoyed the fishing and the fountains. Keith was a great host. The neighbors were all really nice.

As advertised!

Great holiday weekend...site is as advertised: Quiet, peaceful, clean and convenient. Keith is a super host. Most residents are either full-timers or spend several months on their owned sites. Neighbors were warm and welcoming and made us feel at home in their community. We used both pools and biked through the campground making new friends. A great place to chill :) Please note that the National Park now requires a parking permit as of March 2023: Use their website to buy on-line or find purchase points.
