About a quarter acre lot in a quiet family friendly community right next to the Tennessee River. There are two RV hookups for electricity and water as well as septic on site. There are multiple trees on the property for shade. We have a carport and a raised and covered deck. The community has a boat ramp to the Tennessee River. There is a picnic table and a charcoal grill. The land is well maintained. You can RV or tent camp.This is a 0.2 acre lot with 2 campsites and hookups for RVs. We have 30amp and 20 amp electrical service available. Water and septic available. It is a grass lot with a few trees surrounding the property. You will have shared access to the covered porch and the carport with the other campsite if booked. You can load your boat at the boat ramp at the end of the street and can leave your trailer in the lot next to the camp site. We can provide a yurt at an additional fee that can be set up for your arrival. Please feel free to ask questions. We are local to the campsite.
