37 acres of land with a large dugout. The land is beside the railway track. Developed acreage around the land. Water, sewage and hydro are not available on the property. Regina is approx 2 hrs drive from this property. You can enjoy the property in a respectful manner. Stay safe and have fun. Close to bienfait and Estevan.The land is right off highway 18 and beside a railway. You are close to Bienfait and Estevan ( the energy town). Weyburn is an hour's drive and Regina is 2 hr drive from this location. The land has a large water dugout. We have two campsites available for tent or RV campers. We can accommodate vehicles under 45ft in length and the site requires levelling. No hookups or amenities are available at this time. Places to visit are Woodlawn Regional park, Padwick park, Estevan Art Gallery & Museum, and Souris Valley Museum. Campfires are permitted. Pets are welcome.
