Penthouse with an Outhouse - 4wd
Amazing!
We really enjoyed staying at Larapinta. What a beautiful spot!
We had a spectacular view from the penthouse bathtub site. Plus we hiked to the top of Cameron’s property on the mountain. And the views were even better!
Cameron is a really nice guy, we had a good chat with him.
The site is really fun - a nice big truck is set up with the bathtub on back. Plus a small battery solar powered fridge is on the front seat to put some things in.
Highly recommend! Cows are everywhere too, nice little touch and adds to the fun.

Penthouse with an Outhouse - 4wd
We really enjoyed our stay at Larapinta. Beautiful landscape.
The views from our campsite were amazing.
We enjoyed a walk to the lookout at the top of the property.
Many great touches made the stay more enjoyable.
The Stables area was really well kept and felt very welcoming.
Cameron was really helpful.

Site 6 Waterfall - 4wd
Larapinta near Beaudesert
Larapinta is a magic spot to camp. Have been there twice now and recommend for a relaxing time on beautiful property. The little kids loved the cows!

Site 3 Gorge - 4wd
Great private camp away from it all
We camped in the Gorge (site 3) at Easter and couldn't really see anyone else, other than the occasional 4wd on the access track over 100m away. Lovely little flat camp site, well maintained with recently cut grass and a little stream right beside camp with it's own mini waterfall. The trickling stream, the bird calls, and the wind were the only sounds we heard. And the occasional cow call!
Really the only time we knew people were around was when we attended Cameron's Easter egg hunt he put on for the kids. When you consider how popular Easter is, that's amazing.
Tracks are definately 4wd only in some places, especially deeper into the property, but nothing unreasonable.

Site 8 Fig Tree - 4wd
Amazing camp site. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be going back. Great spot for families
