Wake up to the sound of birds and enjoy a relaxing base to discover what Hervey Bay has to offer. We are on 19 acres with goats, chickens, a rooster, alpacas and cows. Only 10 mins away from K’gari(Fraser Island) barge that leaves from River Heads, and you can leave your van here for a small fee. It is an 8 min drive to the local food works, BP servo, chemist and a 12 min drive for takeaway options. Campfires are allowed in the fire pit provided. Families are welcome although children must be fully supervised at all times as we do have a very large dam on the property with ducks and turtles. Children are including in the booking.

Family farm
This place is an absolute gem. lots of space, toilet shower and a pool. the kids enjoyed to look after the farm animals. The host are very helpful and friendly. we would have loved to stay longer, but were on a tight schedule. would absolutley recommend staying at Tammys Farm.

Perfect for families
Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming owners. Awesome camp site with covered fire place, kids loved all the animals. Highly recommended for families 👌

Family farm
We loved camping at Family farm over Easter, Tammy was super friendly and nothing was too much! My kids loved riding their bikes and kicking the footy and the animals especially the goats were a highlight! We have a new favourite place and will be back soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect!
Exceptional hosts and a beautiful property, we would definitely stay here again. Gorgeous animals, scenery and millions of stars at night, all while being only 15mins drive from town. Just perfect!

Bush camping close to town
We had a great time in our caravan, private space to ourselves with an undercover sitting area and fire pit to utilise. Tammy and husband were so friendly and welcoming showing us around their farm. Lots of friendly animals, the chickens loved coming to say hello and we got to meet the baby chick. Beautiful little property very close to town. Highly recommend!
