Welcome to 8.6 acres of tranquility in Spicewood, TX. This serene property offers a quiet retreat with abundant wildlife. Located close to Krause Springs, wineries, mountain biking trails at Muleshoe Bend, and delicious BBQ joints like Opie's, there's no shortage of nearby attractions to explore. Please note that this site does not provide water, electricity, or toilet facilities. The land slopes downhill until you reach the bottom, offering a picturesque view of the Bluff on the other side of Red Bluff Creek. With over 600 feet of frontage along Red Bluff Creek and a wet weather creek meandering through the property (refer to attached survey), nature lovers will find plenty to admire. Important notes: The vintage airstream and ski boat on the property are not for guest use. The road leading to the property's bottom can be rough, especially after rain, with large/deep scars. While a sedan like an Audi A3 can navigate it, a 4x4 vehicle is preferred, or be prepared to leave your camper at no charge if the road is wet. Please be aware that the main creek (Red Bluff Creek), the wet weather creek, and the pond may sometimes be dry. Experience the beauty and serenity of nature at this peaceful retreat in Spicewood.Guests have the entire property! No other bookings, just yours! There is a fence on the East side. Vehicles should remain on the hard ground of the road, left when going down. It is possible to then back up to the right (by the other property's gate) to get any large vehicle in the right orientation to exit the property. The ground by the pond and Culvert (at end of the road) can be deep mud if soil is wet.
