Rekindle your connection with the great outdoors at this private hideaway overlooking the ocean. This unique location offers a front-row seat to the majesty of the Willyabrup Cliffs and is only 200m from the Cape to Cape Track. A stay at Cliffside Caravan offers simple pleasures and serenity aplenty. A lovingly restored vintage 1970's caravan offering a cosy campout for the naturally adventurous. The minimalist set-up offers everything you need, and nothing you don’t, including a double bed, gas burner stove, outdoor compost loo with a fantastic view and outdoor camp shower. And it's pet friendly! Located in the heart of the Margaret River Region wine country, there is plenty to see and do - although sometimes doing nothing is the best option. The perfect base for those looking to walk sections of the Cape to Cape Track or a central, comforting stop for those tackling the full 135km distance. A sunset at the Willyabrup Cliffs is a truly magical experience and a bit of a hidden gem. The property is owned by a local winemaking family who can organise wine and a cheese platter to take the experience to the next level. Your hosts are more than happy to provide their personal recommendations for things to do while in the area. It is a 500m walk from a public parking space - a little bit rocky so best suited to those travelling light. Happy to chat with guests prior to arrival and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Cliffy is an off-grid site. There is a portable power bank provided and a solar powered outdoor car fridge but you will still need to conserve energy. Lighting is limited to portable lanterns provided. The perfect, dog-friendly stay with a new doggie shelter for extra comfort complete with water bowl and frisbee. An adventure to find!

This is an amazing little hideaway vintage caravan in an amazing location! We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend to others just noting that acfessing the caravan is over very rocky ground so pack light!

Cool Cliffy!

Absolutely sensational spot! Private, comfy, clean caravan in a magic spot that we had all to ourselves. The doggo loved it, the kid slept nearly 12 hours each night is his swag. The stars were amazing, the fresh air invigorating and watching sunset down at the sea cliffs was spectacular. Thanks Amanda - we will be back definitely!

Cliffy The Caravan

We loved Cliffy the Caravan! So remote and peaceful, and not far from a beaut sunset and ocean-watching spot and the Cape to Cape Track. The deck chairs were perfect for relaxing, and the caravan nice and airy with the windows that open up wide. We had a lovely weekend away for my partner’s birthday, thanks so much! We’ll be back :)

Cliffy The Caravan

We really enjoyed our stay at Cliffy! The location was awesome and the van was comfortable. The camp shower was handy and the toilet was clean and surprisingly odour free for a composting toilet. Amanda even provided a portacot for our infant. Definitely be aware of the walk from the car to the campsite but even this was manageable.
