Hagg lake is nearby for fishing, boating, swimming and picnicking. Large variety of wineries nearby for amazing views and great tasting wines. The coast is just a short 1.5 hours away as well! Great location to go for day trips and have a home base or just hunker down and find local things to do! We hope while you're here you enjoy the land as much as we do. It's a beautiful place to be!Surrounded by open fields, neighbors to goats chickens, pigs and dogs you're right at home at a small family farm. 4 minute drive from the small town of Gaston where you can find good eats, drinks, coffee and basic groceries. About 20 minutes away you can boat, hike, fish, swim and picnic at Hagg Lake. A variety of wineries within 20 minutes any directions for the well known sights and tastes of Willamette valley wine. If you're looking for a longer journey Downtown Portland, waterfalls and the coast are all only about 1-2hours away, very easy day trips.
