R Wilde Retreat is a 1.15-acre oasis located in a peaceful and tranquil forest setting. We are surrounded by pine trees, buttes and local wildlife, and are in the middle of Central Oregon with access to all that this beautiful region has to offer. Hike or ride (on mountain bikes, ATVs or snowmobiles) on miles of dirt roads right from the property, or visit the local swimming hole for a refreshing dip in or float on the Little Deschutes River. Stay put and enjoy the forest and local deer family, or venture out and visit the Cascade Lakes (less than an hour's drive from the scenic Cascade Lakes Byway), Mt. Bachelor ski area (45-minute drive) or the amazing Crater Lake (65 miles from property). We are 40 miles from Newberry National Volcanic Monument if exploring the lava lands interests you, and Paulina Lake is 30 miles from here. We are 45 minutes from Bend, 30 minutes from Sunriver, and 10 minutes from the town of La Pine, which has three grocery stores, a large drug store, restaurants and anything else you might need. This is a quiet residential neighborhood comprised of small acreages, and this property is on a small cul-de-sac that backs up to the forest. Come park your RV and enjoy this little slice of paradise!Park your RV, trailer, camper or van in the middle of this beautiful pine tree-covered property that backs up to the forest and has access to miles and miles of forest roads. You'll be adjacent to my home, but have complete privacy. Enjoy relaxing in the woods and taking in the view of the buttes or watching the local deer family pass by in a safe and tranquil setting. Use your RV as home base and venture out to see all that Central Oregon has to offer, with Crater Lake just an hour away. This spot is flat and surrounded by trees, with neighboring homes in view but not close. We are brand new to Hip Camp as of May 2023, and looking forward to hosting! July 12, 2023 Mosquito update: They have subsided! Mosquitoes are nearly gone now. There are a few lingering, but they are mostly gone.

RV Parking in Tranquil OR Forest
Ronni’s Tranquil Forest was indeed as it was stated to be. Very peaceful with deer passing through in the mornings. Ronni was a great host with helpful tips on the area. She offered electrical hookups and water to fill our tank. The location is removed from crowds and about 7 miles out of the nearest town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful & central to everything
This was the absolute perfect spot for us. We spent 5 days (I think) here. We originally booked for 2 and extended our stay a couple times. It was very central to everything we wanted to do, the area was private and felt safe and secure, we had electric and water, Ronni was the most gracious & accommodating host AND the view was really nice ias its licated in a heavily pined forest neighborhood with a large lot. This site was both functional as well as nice to come back to after full days of exploring. We visited Crater Lake, Grants Pass, the California Redwoods, and Oregon coast all from this campspot. Groceries were nearby when needed and a dump station just a few miles up the road. We 10/10 recommend this spot and would absolutely come back.

RV Parking in Tranquil OR Forest
Peace and quiet is what we needed, and we got no less during our stay here. Ronni's place was very welcoming and relaxing. Ronni is a great host and was very accessible, responsive, and helpful. She was extremely accommodating as we needed to take our trailer with us every day to the rodeo grounds where my husband was announcing, yet have a quiet place to come back to for the night. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Ronni's place to anyone needing a tranquil retreat in the pines.

Ronni was a great host! She provided a welcoming and adorable camp space with recommendations and even local magazines. The space was very private and surrounded by the outdoors. The main area in La Pine is a short distance, and it’s not far to get to Bend. There are also trails directly behind the property that are great for walking with dogs and exploring. I would definitely stay here again.
