Learn more about this land: Park your van/rig (maximum vehicle length 22ft) at Good Karma Farm. Flat, designated parking in our garden area on our micro-farm, with amazing Southern Oregon views. Outdoor showers, picnic table, and fire pit area. It's a unique, conveniently located spot right off of Exit 14. It's perfect for just passing through, hanging around camp, mountain biking or visiting downtown Ashland. We are 2 miles to downtown Ashland and a block from Mt. Good Karma Farm

Effortlessly perfect (for vanners)!

Good Karma is a great place to stop mid-roadtrip or when visiting Ashland. It’s safe, clean, and spacious, and the hosts are attentive and welcoming. Easy to get to, all the spots are level, and they understand that people camp in vans 😅 (something not a lot of campgrounds have caught onto for some reason). I have stayed here twice, have referred friends, and will be back again!

Safe, family friendly stay

Safe small space with a cute little veggie and flower farm. Port o potty and outdoor shower set up. Easy and workable for a quick overnight trip :-)

Good Karma Farm

I knew ahead of time that Good Karma Farm was next to the highway, so I brought ear plugs because I really like it quiet when I sleep. Never needed them. From inside the van it was quiet. It was 36 degrees at night when I was there so I skipped the outside shower. Maybe this summer when I come back.
