One mile from I-5, you may pitch your tent or park your van beneath some fir trees at the edge of a small meadow bordering Elk Creek. Feel the restful flow of water bringing tranquility. Follow hiking trails along the creek, through groves of trees, or play in the singing creek.
Above the campsite by the creek there are parking spaces next to a garden and apple trees, beneath which is a faucet with drink safety hose. Here is but a short walk to the campsite and a wagon is near by to help you to transport your tent and supplies if you'd like.
Near the campsite is a trail going through a small copse of trees that leads up to the red barn. At the entrance to the barn is a bathroom complete with with sink and shower. A new bathroom in the barn is furnished with a toilet, sink and shower, just a short walk up hill through a copse of trees from the creek side camp.
