Burke's Bend sits on a dead end road in Perry County, Ohio--where you can find a abundance of wildlife, a spring-fed Cory, rippling stream with a bathtub and trees all around. Plenty of hiking, hunting, motocross or ATV depending on season and bookings. There is a log captain that is occupied by special guest and the owner. It is our dream to make a Bed & Breakfast someday. The area has a rich history and was previously occupied by a church. The Bethany Cemetery is still visited by history buffs. It dates back to the 1800's and is nicely maintained . It adds to the adventure in the fall. I believe the land was mined for coal at some point due to access when purchased. My mother's family were a part of the heritage in this area. One of the reason's for the purchase. We built our retirement home here in the hopes of passing it along to our family. But now we would like to share the beauty of it with others. Hope you enjoy!
