10 Forward is a world-class place to spend the night! Nice big well-drained lawn, peaceful area, and DJ is super-friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay there again!

Nice spot by a corn field. Friendly cat, didn't cause any issues with our dogs. Across from a cemetery, but wasn't the spooky kind.

Check-in: Very flexible, we showed up very late in the night and DJ was there in his truck waiting for us! He showed us a couple spots to set up and provided us with 110v power.
Stay: Quiet, but close enough to town. While there were no recreational features like a pond or hike, the property was a peaceful. Power provided was a standard 110v outlet via extension cords. This gave us the flexibility to move around the property. There were a couple very cute cats roaming the property, but despite being in their domain, our pup was able to play off leash. DJ was very personable and we talked every other day about movies and technology. He even offered smores over campfire on our last night. We ended up exploring the nearby town and visit the local brewery for some delightful eats. There was also a dairy bar on the way back! T-Mobile data was acceptable, enough to stream per device using our booster. Zoom meetings and work went well as well.
Check-out: Checking out was easy. DJ was not home at the time, but a quick text and we left the way we found it.
tl;dr: No frills place to stay over night near town, nestled in a farming community with a pleasant host!
Stayed here in a 19-foot-long skoolie. @bigsirbus would stay here again.
