Access to kitchen, bath and laundry in barn beside the spot. Beautiful surroundings with a fresh water creek that runs through the property.Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of a laid back horse farm. Bring your camper and enjoy your stay at our quiet farm atmosphere.. There is full hookup for water, sewer and electric. Free WiFi is also available. Located just 25 minutes from interstate 95 and 40 minutes from Raleigh. A full kitchen and bathroom is available with a washer and dryer in the adjacent barn!

Best experience ever!

The Runaway Farm has everything you could ask for….and more! The property itself is absolutely stunning….and the added amenities were amazing! Bob & Linda were attentive, kind, and personable. Our kids enjoyed the company of the two dogs, and loved feeding Zack and the chickens. We camped in our tents ( which felt like the coldest nights of the year!) so having the option to warm up in the barn was definitely appreciated. The Runaway Farm is a true gem!!

Runaway Farm RV Site

Linda and her husband were great host! We felt comfortable, relaxed, safe, and welcomed. The RV site had everything we needed and more. Also, you could not have asked for a more beautiful setting with the horses, the rolling hillsides, and creek. Of course their mule, Zack, welcomed us as well and our grandsons enjoyed feeding him carrots.

Linda is an extremely gracious host. We are very thankful she opened her private sanctuary to us. The added/extra indoor space for bathing and washing clothes is a HUGE plus! Will definitely be recommending for any visitors that we may have and/or travelers that we may meet.
