Heartstone tent site is a stunningly beautiful, romantic, and very, very private campsite for 2! There is a new, large tent pad if you would like to invite friends! Islandsite is an equally beautiful tent site ideally for two, but the 10x12 platform can accommodate a 6-man tent, best for 2 adults and a couple of kids! You won't want to leave, but if you do there are many recreational opportunities in the area such as hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, and more! Stays of 4 days or more get a big discount! Enjoy the fresh, cooler mountain air, and the beautiful, private settings! Heartstone is located on a modestly pitched, terraced slope where a divided mountain stream, the tumbling Squally Creek rejoins itself! The sunlight filters down through the forest canopy providing a warm, inviting glow!! There is a 9'-6" x 10' wooden tent platform, and if needed a new, larger tent pad! Islandsite is located at the top of the island where the tumbling Squally Creek divides! Access is provided by the 40' long fallen tree bridge! Islandsite is unique, private, and very romantic! Both Heartstone and Islandsite feature a picnic table, charcoal grille, and comfort facility all within a short walk from your private parking! Enjoy evenings at the new fire pit area with benches overlooking the fire pit and creek! Explore the island on the 400' island trail, or go downstream to a nice pool for dipping! Contact me for discounts when staying more than 5 nights! The gravel road is uneven, and 5" of clearance is recommended. Extra guests are an available option! The property is spacious and there is parking for a second vehicle nearby if needed!

Heartstone

Superb!

This place is exceptional! We just stayed 2 nights at Heartstone and were blown away by its natural beauty. Both the site itself and the conveniently located outhouse are immaculately maintained. The site sits next to a fantastic stream. It was so peaceful sitting next to it having our coffee and watching our two young kids playing around. This place was heaven on earth and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks again, Brian!!!

Heartstone

Serene river camp site

So beautiful here! Brian the host was great, greeted me when I arrived and made sure I had everything I needed. This is a big site with room for two tents in separate areas. Sound of the river was incredible. Driving directions were spot on, make sure to follow those and have an idea of how to get out of town when you leave. I didn’t have cell service until a bit out of town. Will definitely be back later in the summer when the water warms up!

Islandsite

10/10 Scenic Camping Experience

Brian was extraordinarily kind and welcoming, and even brought us firewood when we forgot to buy some. The campsite was gorgeous and completely off the grid. Leave the white noise machine at home, as the noises from the creek are lovely to fall asleep to. The trees are perfect for hammocking, and the bridge to get from the driveway to the campsite is adorable! We will definitely be back!

I loved the campground. The scenery was beautiful, there were trails that my kids loved to explore, and a creek that they enjoyed as well. The host was amazing and so helpful.

Unfortunately, my son and I ended up having to leave after only a few hours because he was not feeling well. But boy is this campsite a GORGEOUS slice of heaven! I am already looking at availability to come back and spend an entire weekend! Brian showed up almost immediately after we arrived and introduced himself. I cannot wait to visit again!

Brian has something quite special here at the Heartstone site. The views from the tent site are what you look for at the end of a trail. The campsite has everything you need to unplug and unwind. We will absolutely be back.
