20 foot Yurt in Raleigh/2
The yurt was the absolute perfect spot to go glamping. It was simple and clean and a great place to relax and sleep. The grounds were well maintained and gorgeous. The lake was so nice for fishing. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus. The hiking on the close-by preserve was beautiful. Definitely a hidden gem in Raleigh.

Yurt on pond
I hate to say it..but I really would not openly recommend my friends to stay here and I will explain why. The pond is ok. It is an unusual place but they severely over charge. $140 is not worth as they are obviously not keeping the place up. The business is not responsive. They did eventually answer my first messages The next day, but this was only after I had messaged several times. Upon arrival the yurt was very warm . I contacted them right away. It took them a Few hours to respond and was told to give it time to cool down as the unit must have been off. It wasn't off. The next day, the Yurt started to heat up very early in the day so I reached out again. Hours later I was told that they probably couldn't get anyone out there on Saturday to check on it. Reminded them that this is why I reached out on friday and told them I thought it would be appropriate to be reimbursed for this problem. They did agree after that to send out an ac person. They fixed the problem by refilling the freon. I received zero communication after this to make sure we were okay, and never got any offer of reimbursement for the torment of spending friday and saturday in a 100° structure. I had even asked to use one of the other empty yurts and they refused. There was no one ever in the office, Overgrown grass, boats in disrepair. Bath had lock codes but not locked, yurt has chain only for over night lock. My friend and I were very disappointed.

10/10 will be back!
I booked this mini vacation for my husbands birthday- he loves camping but I’m 6mths pregnant so I figured this was a perfect compromise…It was! We had such a nice time exploring the property, pretending to be good at disc golf, fishing, paddling the boat around the lake and spending the evening on the deck around the campfire. We will be back next summer with our family! We can’t wait. The Yurt was clean and comfy, and the bathhouse was great.
