The best experience ever
We loved camping in Kevin's tents, it was one of the best experiences we have had as a family. Kevin was an incredible host, he was attentive from day one, he cared about every detail, from the smallest to the largest. We love the details of the bathroom so we can relax. The jacuzzi was the best. We were fascinated by Kevin's fluency in other languages, Spanish for my wife was the plus to be able to communicate with him. We will definitely return several times, we fell in love with this place. Gracias Kevin.

I absolutely adored my stay at this place! The breathtaking views surrounding the property made my getaway truly memorable. The hot tub was a delightful bonus that I enjoyed! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend retreat. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

Red Cabin
Five Star Cabins w/ Five Star Views
Me and my friend absolutely loved this place. The area was beautiful and the view from the Red Cabin was amazing. The cabin was awesome and the hot tub was the perfect way to end a full day of hiking and exploring. Overall I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay and spend my time than Candee’s Mountain Retreat. Kevin was an excellent host and was willing to offer any advice or suggestions to make this a good stay. Will definitely be coming back!

My New Mtn Getaway!
Excellent property with a wonderful host! The view and accommodations were exactly what I was looking for on a nice romantic getaway. You will definitely feel like you’re able to reset due to the remoteness, but you still do have access to wifi and cell service if you want. The hot tub was the cherry on top for us. You can’t beat sipping coffee or wine with a view like you can here!

We enjoyed the Brown house. Property was awesome. We liked that there were some hiking trails on property for us to take around and enjoy the area. Near by to Burnsville. Hot tub was great. Space was small but adequate. We had a breaker flip once and we couldnt use the garbage disposal, but Kevin told me where the panel was and solved that. The shower water was odd. The hot water some times wouldnt register with the hot water heater. We would have to turn the sink on hot to get the water heater to heat up the shower. Anyway, I would repeat. Fun place.

Red Cabin
Kevin's cabin was fantastic! We loved the area, the views, and the quiet. The cabin is small but has everything you need, my wife and I had a lovely weekend away with our dog. Looking at the stars from the hot tub at night was amazing! Highly recommend if you're looking for a rejuvenating weekend away.
