Great location...Electric and water! Didn't spend much time at site although it was nice. Lots to do elsewhere! Brandy and Joe were helpful we didn't have an adapter to fit the 50 Amp plug thankfully they let us borrow theirs! We will be back! Thanks!

Close To Downtown Wilmington

My wife and I wanted to visit downtown Wilmington but were having trouble finding a place near town. We found Brandy and Joe's place and were delighted to book it for five nights. The field is level and far enough off a busy four-lane that traffic noise was not an issue except for the occasional NASCAR enthusiast. The 50amp electric was solid and a well supplied water. (City slickers might find well water a bit different) Joe responded promptly and was friendly and helpful. We found the place with no problem and settled in easily. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Privacy in a busy area

This spot: located right off of the main road to Carolina Beach, but situated in the back yard is a private location amidst such a busy area. Great to have power and water hook up.

Extremely Accommodating

Extremely accommodating. A huge thank you to Brandy for going out of her way and helping us out. We tried the only other Hipcamp site in the immediate area and that was a disaster. Brandy gladly worked with us and we were very pleasantly welcomed. Upon arrival we were sized up with what we were towing and then given the right instructions to navigate the property. Once we were parked the amenities were explained to us and everything was as advertised even though we never used them. We were only there at night and it was very private and peaceful. I only heard 2 trucks and a motorcycle go by. I wish we had time to enjoy a fire at night and the quiet solitude. Brandy was my first choice but I picked the other Hipcamp site due to location. That was a big mistake and in true guy fashion I had to visit the circus before making it back to my first choice which was the right choice. If you’re looking for a Hipcamp site in that part of Wilmington then Brandy’s Pine Forest Field is the only choice.
