From the Trees Knees to the High Canopies my land sits at 2300ft of elevation atop a serene and lush hill. The trails are straight out of a state park and when the sun shines its always 75 degrees. Some of the best Brook and River fishing in the state nearby. Bring your bicycles, books and borad games for a peaceful vacation. The property is 10 minutes to Wellsville, 30 minutes to Olean, 1 hour to Ellicottville or Watkins Glen. There is four seasons of beauty here. If fall colors are your thing come swim in the leaves, snowy trails for miles or lazy summer days that are never hot in the shade. I live on the property and am here for anything you may need during your stay. More amenities are in the works, for now arrangements can be made for water fill and power.
