This land is more 40 acres overlooking the south end of Skaneateles Lake and Bear Swamp, loads of hiking trails, 3 ponds (including a beautiful swimming pond), a "stones throw" from Grout brook, a short drive or bike ride to The Glen Haven Inn and The Andrew R. Fuller Park with a public boat launch. Come enjoy some hiking, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or the many other activities this property and area have to offer.Park your camper or pitch your tent at the south end over look at the three ponds property, have a fire at your campsite or down by the pond, have a swim in the beautiful swimming pond and take a walk through the woods on maintained walking paths. Take a short ride down to the south end of Skaneateles Lake and do some kayaking, fishing, or swimming. Take a short trip over to Bear Swamp or Carpenter Falls just a few of the many beautiful nature spots to visit.
