New York State hiking trails just one mile down the road, plus lots of other activities like rail biking and rafting a short drive away. The campsite is just 100 steps down a well-marked trail accessible from the parking spot. Pitch your tent on the elevated platform encircled in pine trees with a view of the lake. Next to the tent area you’ll find a solar shower, picnic table, Wag Bag toilet in outhouse, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Shangri-la in the Adirondacks!

What a wonderful experience! The Pines Lakeside Canoe & Camping site is amazing, I can't recommend it highly enough. The setting is perfect, from the fire pit right by the edge of the lake, to the elevated platform where we pitched our tent, you couldn't ask for a cleaner more well maintained site. The host was excellent and communicative. She gave perfect instructions and all the amenities were in perfect condition. We will certainly be going back. The entire stay was magical from the sunset, to the beautiful starlit night sky, followed by a smooth morning paddle around the lake. Thank you for the obvious attention to every detail!

My family and i really enjoyed our weekend here. The lake front view was amazing and we all had a blast on the paddle boards. Very lovely spot and host!

A magical place.

This 13 acre property is amazing! Truly a one of a kind experience. With a beautiful fire pit right in front of the lake and an elevated platform for your tent and many other amenities! So many trails around for exploring. So many different species of mushrooms and birds. We will definitely stay again!

this place is awesome ,campsite is set perfect ,everything you need was there and the lake is simply beautiful with great sunset morning ,you should see the foggy lake for yourself ,looks like on a fairy tale met the host and she gave me a tour of the place ,welcoming ,correct and kind Will definitely go back
