600 acres hosted by Autum B.

Our property is a working certified organic grass-fed dairy farm. It’s a small family operation with conservation practices at the forefront of our mission. We have approximately 600 acres of grazing land, forest and water features (ie. streams, wildlife ponds). Our farm borders the Charles E. Baker state forest which has 130 miles of trails within 9400 acres of forested land. Our property has spectacular views and the opportunity to just get away from it all.Our log cabin was built by our family and friends in 1997. My mothers love of the stunning views prompted our decision to build our log cabin retreat. The location is private and only accessible via the laneway at the main farm. There is access directly from cabin to the state trail system, by hiking or biking. We also have a wildlife pond you may enjoy viewing only a few minutes walk from the cabin. Though you like to get away from it all access to your phone service is still important. There is a Verizon tower located in close proximity on adjacent property which does not take away from the views. We offer bottled water for supplies, 2 twin beds and a full bed upstairs with an additional pull out bed and couch downstairs. Toilet facilities is an outhouse. There is a grill on the front deck along with a small bistro table and chairs. Inside we have solar powered lights, a kitchen prep area, a dining table and living room. We would like our guests to understand this is a working farm with grazing cattle, occasionally equipment may be in the area to harvest hay or our animals will be out grazing. Please respect our land, and animals.
