Jim’s place
We only stayed one night, but it was a very welcoming stay. The water and electric hookups were easy to get to. And James was a very nice, helpful gentleman. He was there to greet us upon arrival, and gave us recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc. It was a nice little setup for the price. Would definitely recommend.

City camping
If you want to camp in Rochester, Jim's camp is a good option. Very friendly host. Short drive to many attractions.

Jim’s place
Jim messaged before we arrived and gave his cell phone. A couple minutes off the highway and you can use the school to turn around. You’ll want to pull into the entrance closest to the house and semicircle drive, this makes it easier to back into the spot. Electric and water were too easy. Was able to switch out propane at a Lowe’s about five miles away.

Great site in the city.
I came here with my small travel trailer for work. I figured it would be easier and cheaper than renting a hotel Every time I come up here for a week or more. James was very understanding and flexible with my stay. I had a minor setback on my way to the site which delayed me by a couple of hours but James had everything set up and ready to go when I got there. The site was clean with water and electric hook ups. The site was easy to back into. There is a very very large baseball field behind the site, which is good for dogs to run around in. If you have children, there is a public playground attached to the school district building next-door. Nice neighborhood close to good parks. Thanks James. will definitely return.
