125 acres under conservation easement with the Finger Lakes land trust. One third of the land is pasture, hayfield, apple orchard and vegetable garden. The rest is forest, wetland and wild field. The Virgil creek runs through the property, come along with our friendly guide pig to hike through it on hot days.
Both wetland and creek offer important wildlife habitat including numerous migratory birds. Many beautiful places to hike and explore in seclusion without ever leaving the property.
